Baby & Me Yoga 

More than just a yoga class, our Baby & Me classes offer a safe place to bond with your baby and connect with other local mums. Learn baby massage as well as interactive games and techniques to support your baby’s development. 
This yoga class is a postpartum-focused practice, based on the ancient wisdom and modern science of yoga. We believe in supporting your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during this magical – and sometimes challenging – transformation into motherhood. 
Yoga in the postpartum period is all about honouring the post-baby body, including gentle stretching and strengthening of the whole body, and toning of the pelvic floor. 
We encourage new mums to make connections with other mums – share the highs and lows of motherhood, cherish one another, and support one another when the days are hard. Make lifelong friendships in our Baby & Me yoga classes, and enjoy watching each other’s babies grow and thrive. 

Postpartum Core & Pelvic Floor Rehab

A 5 week program designed to restore and strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor muscles post pregnancy and birth ( vaginal or c-section birth ).
This program is for you, if you experience
  • Diastasis recti – stomach separation
  • leaking
  • pelvic floor issues, prolapse
  • had a c-section
This is a great program for everyone in the first year post having a baby, who want to get back their exercise routine, but need to restore core and pelvic floor strength first. 
This is a baby friendly class

Prenatal Yoga

Take care of and strengthen your body while getting in touch with your baby in our pregnancy yoga classes. Prenatal yoga can help reduce stress, increase flexibility, manage some common pregnancy complaints, and help improve your sleep. 
With a focus on breathing, awareness of your body and working towards a calm and peaceful birth, our prenatal classes will help you relieve aches and pains and encourage a deep connection with your baby. Allow yourself this dedicated hour to tune into your body and your baby, and bond with the little life growing inside of you.
