Coastal Bliss Yoga and Wellness

Coastal Bliss Yoga & Wellness is a boutique yoga studio located on the Mandurah foreshore with views out across the estuary. We offer small classes from gentle yin to dynamic ashtanga, with a focus on nurturing a welcoming community and special friendships.
We aim to introduce yoga to all walks of life, whether you’re looking to move and stretch your body, focus on stress relief, or recover from an injury. With our wide range of offerings we cater to all ages, from babies, toddlers and kids, to pre-teens and adults.
Our specialised therapeutic classes include yoga for cancer care and restorative yoga for nervous system regulation. Keep an eye out for our special events, including rooftop yoga, sound bath and chai, and breathwork sessions, where we combine our love for movement and meditation with a unique and relaxing experience.

Coastal Bliss Bumps and Babies

Our Bumps & Babies banner has a community all of its own. We support expectant mums through pregnancy yoga, baby yoga and massage, and gentle and restorative postpartum exercise.
Other offerings include c-section scar release massage, HypnoBirthing courses, infant and young child first aid, and doula support.
We put an emphasis on creating lasting friendships among our Bumps & Babies offerings. You will often find us going for coffee after yoga so our new mamas can develop a strong connection with other mums. They say it takes a village to raise a child – we want to help you find your village.
I found prenatal and baby yoga so beneficial during my first pregnancy and postpartum, which encouraged me to complete my training while I was pregnant with my second son. I have so many precious memories of pregnancy yoga, and I love to support other women in this tender stage of transition in their life.
I’ve also completed Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist training to better support women in their physical preparation for childbirth, as well as their postpartum recovery.
I had three wonderful births, and have always been so passionate about supporting other pregnant mamas. I completed my doula training in 2017, and I am a Certified DONA doula and have also completed the Lamaze childbirth education training. I am a certified  HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, and I cherish being able to empower expectant mamas and their partners as they prepare to bring their baby earthside.
My doula packages are specially designed to offer mama a wide range of support during this time of transition. Combining doula support, yoga classes and massage with me means we have the chance to really get to know one another before the birth of your baby.

About Me

I’m Kati Cooper, and I’m the face behind Coastal Bliss. I’m originally from Budapest, Hungary, and I now live in Mandurah with my hubby and our three boys.
Originally I worked as a remedial massage therapist with a diploma in spa therapies and reflexology. I have studied extensively under the massage therapy umbrella. I first discovered yoga in 2009 while living in Scotland, and instantly fell in love with the physical and mental benefits. When moved back to Budapest and completed my first yoga teacher training in 2014. In total I have over 1000 hours of training behind me in Hatha, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Postnatal, Children’s and Women’s yoga as well as Yoga therapy training for special applications of yoga for chronic conditions, cancer, recovery post injury or surgery and supporting mental health. I am on my last leg of studies to become a Certified Yoga Therapist and in 2024 – once I reach the milestone of 10 years teaching – I will be a senior yoga teacher.
I am a lover of nature and spend a lot of time outdoors, whether it be camping or going to the beach with my family.
